At K-Beauty Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return or exchange unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
